The "infraction" ticket would be for the no license and/or no insurance. The "misdemeanor" ticket may be for "reckless endangerment" for making a U-turn in the middle of a construction zone. There should be an "offense code" on the tickets which you can research on line. If that doesn't help email me directly and I'll try to help further!
